Quinoa Pancakes - Recipes in Harmony

Quinoa pancakes with almond butter, ideal breakfast if you suffer from endometriosis. The pancakes that I propose are a valid alternative to the classic pancakes with gluten, a recipe designed and made with anti-inflammatory purposes. Quinoa is a pseudo-cereal rich in magnesium, fiber and does not contain cholesterol. Quinoa brings good concentrations of mineral salts, such as phosphorus, calcium, iron, magnesium and zinc, it is also rich in water-soluble vitamins of the B complex, for example thiamin (vit B1), riboflavin (vit B2), pantothenic acid (vit B5), pyridoxine (vit B6) and folates and vit E (tocopherols or tocotrienols). Quinoa pancakes can be prepared in a sweet or savory version, for example if you prefer the savory version you can stuff the pancakes with natural tuna and a drizzle of raw oil.
