Light chickpea and zucchini hummus
This dish was made using cooked zucchini, but in reality it is also amazing blending the raw zucchini and preparing a cold humus using a precooked can of chickpeas. When choosing the can of chickpeas, always read carefully by reading the label and making sure that in addition there are no preservatives, but only the words chickpeas and salt. Instead of sesame seeds, you can opt for 1 or 2 teaspoons of tahini sauce.
